Bikes to feature heavily at CPOP

This year's Cholmondeley Pageant of Power (CPOP) is set to feature an array of vehicles to get the pulses racing of motorcycle enthusiasts following a partnership between the event's organisers and Ace Cafe London.

Launched in 2007, this year's CPOP will take on June 15th to 17th and is set to deliver an array of attractions for petrolheads of all varieties, with motorcycles galore, as well as classic and modern sport cars to thrill visitors.

"Among the various new additions to the Pageant of Power in 2012, Ace Cafe's involvement is perhaps one of the most exciting," commented James Hall, event director for the CPOP. 

"It isn't just a famous venue among motorcyclists and petrolheads, it is an integral part of biking culture in the UK and we can't wait to welcome loyal fans of the Cafe to the Pageant in June."

Ace Cafe London will be holding its iconic Rockers Restaurant, which will be providing the rock and roll atmosphere for which the north London biker venue is famous for.

But Ace Cafe London will not be the only attraction of the show, with the Bolddog Lings FMX Team set to wow the crowds with their gravity-defying feats of daring, while a fireworks concert suitable for all the family has been organised to take place on the Saturday (June 16th) at 18:45 BST and running through to 22:30.

Indeed, 2012 also marks the 110th anniversary of the Triumph Motorcycles brand and therefore attendees of the event are to be treated to numerous displays and on-track escapades by this iconic motorcycle producer.

Furthermore, visitors will be able to enjoy a new spectacle this year of Supermoto racing, where riders will tackle a varied course of multiple road surfaces, including tarmac, flat track and motocross, ensuring CPOP 2012 will be an event to remember.
