Vehicle manufacturer Honda has announced the launch of a new motorcycle aimed squarely at the UK's youth market.
The MSX125 – Mini Street X-treme 125 – will go on sale from spring 2013 and builds on the company's long tradition of catering to this demographic.
It is powered by a 125 cc fuel-injected four-stroke engine and features a compact chassis and sturdy steel frame, making it an ideal introduction to motorcycling for younger enthusiasts.
The model aims to combine a sense of urban style with fun and while it is touted as a beginner's motorcycle, the vehicle has a "fully-fledged feel" due to the use of standard-sized motorcycle parts in its manufacture.
Last month, Honda showcased its model line-up for 2013 at the Motorcycle Live event in Birmingham.
The new NSS300 Forza scooter, CB1100 and NSC50R vehicles were all on show, as was the manufacturer's 2013 CB500F, CB500X and CB500R 500cc models.
